Xcellence4u CIC wants to address the fundamental issue of low personal confidence which is a barrier, stopping people from taking action to make a positive change in their lives and in their communities. The courses that we offer range from gaining confidence, getting back to work, setting up a business, sorting out debt or empowering communities plus many more.

At Xcellence4u CIC we work from the person perspective, we understand the importance of making people feel valued and respected. Everything we do is in plain language so that it is easy to understand. Your not going to believe this, but I got accepted straight away for two job interviews that I went too!!! :D I couldn't have done it without the confidence course though.. I was less nervous and had a much better positive thinking approach towards it :) Thank you for helping me get back in to the community again! x
